Terms of Use for Word Meadow: Connect Puzzle
These Terms govern use of the Android application Word Meadow: Connect Puzzle ("Word Meadow"), published by elm_cr4. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
License to use the app
The publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Word Meadow for personal entertainment on compatible devices through authorized distribution channels. No Word Meadow account is required.
Gameplay and virtual items
Word Meadow is a casual word game provided for entertainment. Virtual coins and other in-game items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Game content, balance, and availability may change in future versions.
Purchases and advertising
Purchases are handled through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's applicable terms. The Remove Ads purchase suppresses mandatory interstitial ads but does not remove optional rewarded ads, which remain available only when you choose to request them. Purchase restoration depends on Google Play and the app's supported entitlement handling.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute altered copies, or use automated means to exploit gameplay or purchasing systems. Restrictions on reverse engineering or circumvention apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property and third-party material
Word Meadow's original software, presentation, branding, and game content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party components and bundled word data remain subject to their own notices and licenses, available in the app under Third-Party Notices.
Availability and changes
The publisher may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features or content. The app may depend on services operated by Google, including Google Play, advertising, consent, Analytics, and Crashlytics, whose availability is outside the publisher's control.
Disclaimers
Word Meadow is provided on an "as available" basis for entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every word judgment or piece of content will meet every user's expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited. The publisher must review this section for the release markets before publication.
